Bench barx lots 60x3 100x1,1 120x1 130x1 PB!!!!!! Heavier bench with spot 140x1- felt like this is around the corner 150x1- bit too heavy for me today lol No spot bench 120x3.5- PB!!!!!!!! Strict Press barxlots,lots 70x1 80x1 90xnearly! 5 sets curls, some raises.... AWESOME DAY | ||
