Was meant to do a skills test and go to about 95% in all three lifts. Was hoping for something like 240/185/240. Instead I've come down with a nasty case of tonsilitis and chest infection. I'm guessing I'll be too detrained to max once I'm better, so I'll just have to suck it up and go straight into another prep cycle. | ||

Then I thought f**k it, I'll do what I was meant to do on Friday. 185 bench flew up which I'm happy with - the shirt wasn't belted down and I was training on my own. 240 pull was very nice too. My sumo form is getting better and better. | ||
