JT and Flash had a moaning competition to kick things off then both did some great work. Flash in prep for next weeks Mids u90s and JT showing there's life in the old dog yet... We did axle, Anvil carry for distance, deadlift for reps, farmers medley and finished with stones. Top session in the sun, great atmoshpere. Heres a couple of clips: | ||
