I've got a cold and just felt generally crap. Got my squats done, but they were hard. I should've probably listend to Sheiko and only did the light squats last session, because I felt anything but fresh today. 205 felt very heavy on my back. 2 board felt even worse. Wrists, elbows and shoulders were all hurting. I cut it short and called it a day. Hopefully I feel better by Friday... | ||
