Power clean and push press (clean every rep)
60kg *3, *3
90kg *3
105kg *3
120kg *3, *3, *3

Squat
100kg *3
180kg *3 Belt
220kg *3, *3, *3 Belt, wraps

Bench Press
100kg *8
135kg *8, *7, *6

Chins
Bodyweight *8, *8, *8

Chest Press / Lat pulldown superset
100kg *10/10, *10/10

First session of phase 2, starting to put some strength work in there. Won't be anything below triples, but starting to get some weight on the bar. C&P were solid, not pretty but strong. 120*3 is my 3 rep PB, so to do 3x3 was really pleasing, especially as haven't done a proper session with them in about 9 weeks.

Didn't know what to expect with the squats, as again, not really had a proper session with them in a while, 6 weeks or so. My reps aren't usually anywhere near as good as my top end, so was happy with these, all very deep and smooth.

Few bits and bobs to keep working on my size to finish.

Overall, really happy with this session, way more fun than the last 5 weeks of bodybuilding nonsense haha!

Total time 2hrs 10mins.

Video of my second set of C&P with 120kg, messy but strong, a bit like me haha!

Cheers senor small, I work quite hard at it. Got to the stage where I had to sit on the floor to put my socks on! Worked hard on it and it came back quite quickly. My next wl session I'll stick some vids up, as those 'strongman muscle power cleans' aren't representative of my true ability and flexibility LOL!

Weighed in at 129.9kg last night, 0.2 off my heaviest ever, but about 5% less bodyfat now Happy 4 leanish kilos gained since new year, good times!

Also just noticed my tagline and feel I have to clarify that the giant set in question was Fanny knocking one out into his tea haha

Push Press
60kg *5, *5
100kg *3
117.5kg *3
130kg *3, *3, *3

Deadlift
180kg *3
230kg *3
260kg *3, *3, *3

Incline Bench
100kg *8
122.5kg *8, *6, *5

Pull Ups
Bodyweight *8, *8, *8

Really good session today. I solved the problem of my mid back cramping on the push press finally. Take off my belt Roll-Eyes Seems it was restricting the movement in my back and causing my lats to cramp and spasm due to not being able to elongate properly. They were strong, and if I'm honest probably a little too light. Exciting times to come as I can start getting my pressing power into the bar.

Deadlifts were good for the first time in a while, I've had very little consistency for a while, so changed a few things around today and they seem to have worked. Pretty comfortable, more to come.

Couple of bits and bobs to finish, should have been barbell rows but ran out of time so had to do chins instead.

Total time 2hrs 5mins

Cheers mr pateman, always been fairly handy at pull ups. Can currently do about 12-16 in one set, or a good 5 with 20kg. Had to be quick today tho Unhappy

I think it's becaue I've always done them since I was 10 stone of piss, so as I've got heavier I've got stronger at the same rate. All dead hang and throat to bar of course too Happy
