I hate curls almost as much as bench lol! Just do them across my body nice and slow to batter the tendon and insertion on my physios instruction. I could leave them off but I couldn't lie to you, it just wouldn't feel right :-s

Didn't expect to do too much today after last nights workout left me completely knackered! These felt better and better as I warmed up though, so I kept going! 140kg x2 is a PB, only ever managed a single on it before, really pleased. Good bit of volume on the way down too. Now got some cornish pasties for my tea, life is GOOD Grin

Pretty happy with these. The FTOs were a bit laboured, but solid enough. The squats were bang on, felt good. I had 3 good lifters watch the 220 and 260, general concensus was 'way too eas, and deep enough with inches to spare'. So that's good, probably the best 260 I've ever hit. Time to start building to a new PB. Low frequency and volume on squats definitely yields better results for me, much as I hate to admit it.

In a nice consistent patch right now, don't you love it when it's like that! You've been getting consistent graft in too, what's on the horizon comp wise?

well static i am ok but moving not so good, i done two comps last year.this year doing the chase comp and theres one on the southcoast which i am in as well and want to do the one in norfolk as well.what about you mate??
