Ok, so next week, after thinking a lot and selecting my priorities i made this routine for myself, what do you think?

Monday
------
Bench press ( work to heavyest 5RM then drop sets )
Nose Breakers ( 5x5 with moderate weight decided by warmup feel )
Speed deadlift ( 2 reps x 10 sets with %40 of estimated 1RM )

Tuesday
-------
Behind the neck strict press (work to heavyest 5RM then drop sets)
Upright rows ( work to heavyest 6RM then drop sets )
Wide Stance Squats ( work to heavyest 3RM or 5RM depending on feel, then drop sets )
Front squats ( work moderate to light 3 sets of 6-8 reps )

Wednesday
---------
Neck Training
EZ Curls ( work 8RM sets untill i get to a 5RM because of fatigue )
Forearms training ( light stuff, muscle works )

Thursday
--------
Speed Benchpress ( 2x10 with %40 of estimated 1RM )
Nose Breakers ( 5x5 with moderate weight decided by warmup feel )
Heavy Deadlifts ( work to heavyest 3RM or 5RM depending on feel, drop sets depending on fatigue )

Friday
------
Behind the neck strict press (work to heavyest 5RM then drop sets)
Upright rows ( work to heavyest 6RM then drop sets )
SPeed Wide Squat ( 2 x 10 @ %40)
Front squats ( work moderate to light 3 sets of 6-8 reps )

.. i just do nice basic compounds......deads / squats / rows / presses

but give it a go , i cant really pick holes in it as i dont know my arse from my elbow

I liked you 31 day squat program but all you ca do is try the new program for a month and see how you go with it.

Skull crusher is to the forehead.
Nose Breaker is to the nose.

Both have the same move, but NoseBreakers has more ROM than a skull crusher.

Lying Face Up Plate Neck Resistance.
