Been a busy STRESSFULL day in work and ive been saving all my RAGE for this.

Front Squats for 5s.
Box Squats for 5s and 3s
SLDLs
as much assistance as i can fit in

Tues.
Strict Press 5x5
Savickas Press heavy 3s
CG Bench 4x8
Raises
Tricep isos - couple new ones to cycle in this week
Light Cardio/Intervals

Wed
T-Bar Rows
Seated Row
Lat Pull Down
DB Row - Concentrating on better form, sets of 15-20 reps
Speed Deads (Reverse Bands) something like 6x3 with 60sec rest around 190-200 at top


Thur
Cardio
Prehab
Foam Rolling

Fri
18inch Deads - work up to heavy single then back down for some 3s and 5s
Power Shrugs
BB Row
Guns

Sat
Cardio

I especially liked the prance over the ez bar before the 300, little bit of hitching, but very comfy!

aye. f**king EZ bars. if you cant do 10 strict chin ups or bench your bodyweight. you should not be allowed to use it

Reverse band speed from floor on wed, and 18inch on fri. rape the hitch for a bit then hit a big clean DL from the floor. BOO YA! 310 was a tad slower but less hitch, 700lbs is there piss easy from 15inch.

Wasnt able to train all weekend due to work, but i was itching to lift and am feeling as strong as an ox. Today i made up for it.

Front Squat
40kg x8
80kg x8
100kg x5
120kg x3
140kg x2 - belt on
150kg x1
160kg x1 - PB +10kg
165kg x1 - PB +15kg
170kg x1 - PB + 20kg
175kg x0 - Unhappy



SLDL
60kg x8
100kg x8
140kg 2x8
100kg 2x15

OH Squat
60kg 3x5

Ran out of time. I need at least another half hour to get more assistance in. Gym should be open an hour later when the new term starts.

Other good news.

I reckon this time next week I will be able to take my belt in a notch. I reckon this equals a 2-4inch lose of gut size. Im putting on weight but getting slimmer... must be good. Grin

cheer paaaal. should have had that 175. think i settled for the 170 as i was planning the 160 and 170 was a bonus.

8 weeks ill have 180+ when i go for singles on frontys again. just need to sort breathing. Was seeing stars after all sets after 150.

Front squats will do that mate. If you can't breath the bar is usually in the correct place.
