90mins till i have a crack at 300kg from 15inch.

as much assistance as i can fit in
Tues.
Strict Press 5x5
Savickas Press heavy 3s
CG Bench 4x8
Raises
Tricep isos - couple new ones to cycle in this week
Light Cardio/Intervals
Wed
T-Bar Rows
Seated Row
Lat Pull Down
DB Row - Concentrating on better form, sets of 15-20 reps
Speed Deads (Reverse Bands) something like 6x3 with 60sec rest around 190-200 at top
Thur
Cardio
Prehab
Foam Rolling
Fri
18inch Deads - work up to heavy single then back down for some 3s and 5s
Power Shrugs

I especially liked the prance over the ez bar before the 300, little bit of hitching, but very comfy!

aye. f**king EZ bars. if you cant do 10 strict chin ups or bench your bodyweight. you should not be allowed to use it
Reverse band speed from floor on wed, and 18inch on fri. rape the hitch for a bit then hit a big clean DL from the floor. BOO YA! 310 was a tad slower but less hitch, 700lbs is there piss easy from 15inch.

Wasnt able to train all weekend due to work, but i was itching to lift and am feeling as strong as an ox. Today i made up for it.

Other good news.
I reckon this time next week I will be able to take my belt in a notch. I reckon this equals a 2-4inch lose of gut size. Im putting on weight but getting slimmer... must be good.

Front squats will do that mate. If you can't breath the bar is usually in the correct place.
