First set 2nd rep,i thought id s**t myself! real bad it felt, 3rd rep more, 4th rep more and 5th rep more, rushed to the toliet and i had a tiny bit of crap in my boxers lmao, wiped it out squeezed as hard as i could to get rest out lmao. 4th set was really hard but 5th was easyier, and last rep was paused at bottom

good session, i remeber seeing a lad s**t him self on a machine squat at a strongman comp i was in not a pretty sight seeing him walk away after it happened, thank god he was wearing neoprene shorts

Nice squatting! Surely your best squat is more than 150? If I was doing 135 for 5x5 id be looking at 170+?

yer i need to try for a new max soon. 140 5x5 next week Happy. in the last 2 months i have vasty vasty vasty increased my squats, wider stance, lower bar pos and belt have added loads to it.
Deadlift i have done 230 but it was slightly hitched so i put down 220 on here (think i may be able to get 240 odd now)
Bench i have never benched more than 120 but im 100% positive i can do 130. Ill get 140 soon im fairly confident
