ANNNND THE GYM INSTRUCTER MANAGED GUY INFORMED ME THE 20 PLATES ARE AN INCH CLOSER TO THE GROUND THAN REGUALR ONES, SO IVE BEEN DOING THEM LOWER THAN NORMAL! Deadlift 132(60)x5 getting pretty darn explosive 220(100)x5 308(140)x5 418(190)x5,5,5,5,5 WOOOOT, not bad at all considering. last rep on last set wasnt too fast but it wasnt hitched! pretty happy with this Pullups 30.25(13.75)x6,6,4 Ohh well Leg raise 30.25(13.75)x6,6,6 Better form than last week | ||
