Mates were deadlifting so i thought id have a play

Didnt get much sleep last night, and my legs magically became really really sore in the quads and hammies (very delayed muscle soreness1!!!)

154(70)x6 Gym instructer advised me to do them abit differently and what he said made sense, my legs were too wide and i was doing them pretty funny

Kept falling asleep in my lecture and have abit of a ticky stomach Unhappy so not the best of starts.

Deadlift

132(60)x5 getting pretty darn explosive
220(100)x5

418(190)x5,5,5,5,5 WOOOOT, not bad at all considering. last rep on last set wasnt too fast but it wasnt hitched! pretty happy with this

Pullups
