At adlington, theres a couple of us who train the other guy being one of those past adlington lifters from that 50th birthday meetup, he don't train during the week at the usual time because of work.

Aaron you are on a build up to a comp in 5 weeks you should not be failing lifts at this stage. Plan your works outs so that you don't do this, unless in a deload week!!

I write deload to take the piss, it just meant it was a raw session with lighter weights

I don't plan my workouts, i just do what im told to do by Alan , i don't question it. In the first set the bar twisted and drifted back a bit beacuse the grip was too wide, the second set were 2 good reps and just no punch off the chest on the third, had i got that 3rd it would have been a raw pb.

As for failing lifts in the gym, it doesn't bother me it is irrelevant

you seem to have the bar drift towards your head more often than others, one day the spotters may be some goobers and you will become the next youtube phenomenon

well 120 is lighter than the 145 i did the week before, wtf does the second statement mean
