It's like demolition derby on ski's, with a hint of rollerball thrown in. The women were on last night. f**king nutcases all of them. A gal called Fanny Smith did pretty well and I think the commentators enjoyed talking about her as much as I enjoyed listening. It was relentless. "Fanny's trailing behind", "Fanny's trying hard to keep in tight", "Here come's 17YO Fanny", "They just cant stop Fanny coming on strong", and my personal favourite "We're starting with a Norwegian sandwich with Fanny in the middle". Finbarr had nothing on me. It's like SM on snow in that it looks good and everyone wants a go. Would maybe better done naked, but thats just me. I'm a big fan of Fanny though.

Did you see the woman do the splits and get stuck. I wee'd a bit!

Canadian guy in the final, on home turf, the crowd going wild as he flew from 4th to 3rd, a bronze medal on the way. He sniffs the chance of getting Silver and flies over one of the burms at about 60mph, only to clip the hoarding at the side and plummet about 50ft head first into the snow, surprised he didnt kill himself!!! Defintiely a good spectator sport, powerlifting on ice it aint!!!
