Save the push pressing really for when I do log and axle, it's like having a turbo boost. But do do it in the gym every now and then.

Took me about an hour and a half. It's too cold to f**k about in my gym and I'm very unsociable and talk to no one.

Cheers mate. Let me know when the reserves list is a little lower because I doubt you'll have three people pull out of, what is going to be, a really good comp.

LMAO I train alone in a freezing cold garage! So talking and being warm arent my excuses haha

Deadlift:

1 x 5 @ 130kg - Unequipped
1 x 5 @ 160kg - Unequipped
1 x 5 @ 180kg - Unequipped
5 x 3 @ 180kg - Unequipped (Pause Reps)

Leg Press:

1 x 12 @ 120kg
1 x 12 @ 160kg
1 x 12 @ 180kg
1 x 12 @ 200kg

Leg Curls:

1 x 12 @ 40kg
1 x 12 @ 50kg
1 x 12 @ 55kg

Seated Calf Raises:

3 x 20 @ 70kg

Heavy side bends:

1 x 10 @ 45kg
1 x 10 @ 50kg
1 x 10 @ 60kg

Sit Ups:

3 x 10 @ BW plus 20kg



It's only 3 not five
