tryed to bench tonight tonight
60 x10
80 x10
100 x8

wrist really hurt after so i droped back to 60kg and did 5 sets of 20

peck deck
5 sets of 20 on plate 10
finished with 100 sit ups and tricep pull downs
going to leave bench for a week till wrist is back to strength

ye would just probs prevent injurys and u going to try ye 180 without knee wraps then ill have some catching up to do Eek
