 old age traveller Member 332, 7866 posts | 6 today managed some outside stuff before it pissed it down big bad bish making his container debut has the build to be a succesful strongman should he decide to switch pushed me hard on the farmers (long legs) farmers 40m 1 turn head to head this was fun matched the guys well winners v winners only went upto 100kg but went FAST head to head axle from the floor 60s nice and light 70kg cardio fest again matched the guys well made it fun loading onto lorry 45" ish 80kg barrell 100kg barrell 120kg bin lump 110kg sandbag (thanks will) this was quite hard just started 2nd round when it pissed down went inside for some deadlift technique work and a good chinwag really enjoyed the session today next week yoke and log head to head? how about atlas stone shoulder and run 40m? | ||
