Last nights gym exploits ,no training partner (shingles),feeling a bit worn out plan to go in, get s**t done get out ........
flat bench barxalot 60x5 100x5 140x5 160x3 180x2 190x1 200x1(sloow no snap/drive)
incline bench 60x10 100x10 140x8 140x8 140x6
flat dumbell 60x10 60x10...... 2x work sets 60x15 60x19
dips x20bw +15kg x16 +30 X15 +45 x11.............bored and losing focus
Deadlift 60x5 100x5 140x3 180x3 220x3 240x1 270xF.... pack bags and go quick it was worth a try!!!!
