![]() Member 829, 146 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 260740.0 kgs @ 121kgs UnEq | Hi my name is Jay and i have just began my career as future strongman after 17years as a power builder training for size and strength i decided at the age of 30 it was time for a new path and start getting some silverwear !!! i have began training with the o.a.p powerhouse Jason Talbot at the container and have well and truly got the strongman bug... i have alwys followed strongman after meeting a miserable Geoff Capes when i was 13yrs...i will keep this log as a diary and to give an insight into my spawning from my regular mass building into that of a strength athlete . Tonight i will be training shoulders (you guys probably know it better as overhead or pressing workout )![]() | ||

![]() Member 829, 146 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 260740.0 kgs @ 121kgs UnEq | 3000 calories is very little how do you have energy to train i eat every 2 and half hours plus weight gainer and protein and creatine i may need to calm down now as changing routine but i have always been high volume heavy 6 days a week plus i tend to hold on to fat the LESS i eat !!!! | ||

![]() Member 829, 146 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 260740.0 kgs @ 121kgs UnEq | Cheers but feel paranoid want quick results cant believe i never used it but always trained for the pump with pullups bent over rows dumbell rows etc plus short arms great as bodybuilder as they look bigger ,but with large chest and short arms gonna struggle with stones etc plus lack of flexibility issues but i am determined to be great at this sport and will kill myself trying | ||
