![]() Member 829, 146 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 260740.0 kgs @ 121kgs UnEq | Too busy with Guinness last night to do log so here goes Saturday session at container overhead medley yoke axle log then 2x thick handle dumbell did good time 33secs with slip on axle so possible sub 30secs next time bit annoyed with slip as it was videod ![]() Then did medley deadlift worked up to 250 oly bar 230 trap bar(messed about too long trying to find footing and positioning of grip)axle 200 farmers was superglued again might have to do that first or rechalk farmers walk ,tyre x 4 flips 330ish and duck walk (SLOW three put downs )need to lean back too top heavy ![]() Stones each week i get it more 115 125 135 missed the load twice will get it next week all in all a good 3hour sess bruised and battered but LOVING this training and will give it everything in 2010 to get a lot better i know my weaknesses and the things i have neglected and i am willing to learn and train train train | ||

![]() Member 829, 146 posts SQ 260, BP 220, DL 260740.0 kgs @ 121kgs UnEq | Felt a bit tired today and training partner rang in sick with fake ill voice and cough( probably shagging) Got in gym warmed up then went into push press oly bar 50x10 80x5 110x5 130x2 140x1 150xF 150XF 140X2 Really tried maybe overdoing it after overhead medleys on sat Then did some gay flyes up to 30x6 (sorry you know i had to) Dumbell clean and press 50x10 50x10 then got a mate to time me 75secs with 60kg one clean and as many as poss in time ,managed a very comfy 12 on right arm ,then used left for six swapped hands again and got 1 more on right for a total of 19 , i think i got 15 last week so v happy and that compensated for missing 150 twice ![]() Did a little teqhnique work on continentals to 130 but rapidly tiring and sweating like a dog so did abit of shrugging just for the pinch and called it a day ![]() | ||
