always trolling for a reaction Member 753, 1280 posts | Erm I been told you shouldn't lift weights for three months after surgery as lifting places a lot of pressure behind the eyes?

nothing to hide, please follow my life on webcam Member 255, 3732 posts | Went to gym same day as having my eyes done. Nobody ever any mentioned not lifting weights for any period of time - the only thing was to avoid getting dirt/sweat...in your eyes for the first couple of days. Also highly recommend it to anybody

Scotbasher - forever Member 59, 2115 posts | Glad it went well, a friend of mine did his aviation science degree disertation on the effects of laser eye surgery on pilots, apparently following the treatment you cannot do night flights for several months (im sure he said 6).

I may have to try to get it up and running in my alleged free time between now and Christmas...
