Been having a bit of a muck about the last couple of weeks when training upper back after squatting.

If you have one the game is simple, one arm dumbbell rows for reps.

The one we used is approx 104kgs (100kg of disks + long bar approc 4-5kg - not exactly sure on this, its at least 100kg though).

Bell cannot touch the floor, all reps must be continous and pulled until contacts chest. Straps if you want em. Must complete with both arms.

Last week we did this

Lee
1st set 8 reps a side
2nd set 10 reps a side

Matt
1st set 8 reps a side
2nd set 11 reps a side

And yesterdays efforts

Lee 2 sets of 10 reps a side
Matt
Set 1 - 15 reps a side
Set 2 - 10 reps a side methinks cashed cheque on first set lol)

Will try for 20 next week and film it.

Nowt serious, just for a laugh

Sounds like a good chalenge.

It is very easy to cheat the reps to the chest but 100kg will still make it hard!

i saw matt and lee do that a challenge and my god it looked like it took it out of them.

ive done eight with that weight with lee but matt is such a competitve bas***d

Fook me! Heaviest DB's in my gym are 125lb I think and they are feckin hard work! Good stuff. That is kg and not lb right?

Gonna have a pop at 20 reps per side tonight, should be good first side its the lack of oxygen on the second side that will kill me i think.

Will try to get a vid of it if I rememebr or can be arsed.

ill have ago at this next time im at colliseum, im not there tonight but i had ago earlier with a 75kg dumbell (biggest they had) and got 15 each side pretty easy but was blowing at the end, my lungs fail lol.
