Very strong pause, you'll piss 125 at the comp, wouldn't be surprised if it was your opener or even less than it!

cheers Hayden ive been training 6months exactly on the first of august. never been in a gym sept when i was your age i couldent bench 60k and that was after 3 months training i guess all the kerblaying and hard graft has given me a strong back n shoulders,i set out 6 months ago with a goal to bench 150k within a year,my mind set then was if i dident get that goal then i was in the wrong sport.but now im enjoying it and improving all the time, but mayby a bit to keen and dont know when to back off ive always pushed myself hard and think i can do well hell 6months ago i struggeld to press 85k,ive had some great advise and im finally starting to listen to it,i want to do well but by that i dont have anyone in mind to beat ecsept me.

Pretty interesting to see how hard grafting can transfer over to lifting - it obviously does by your example! I wonder if its also increased your work capacity a lot because you're used to grafting several days in a row for long times?

This is not me telling you to bench seven days in a row Wink

yes Rob id say that my back was strong to start with have layed kerbstones for 25y anything upto 180 a day on price work so im bent over all day with 9-10 stone for each kerb its like doing a load of b,over rows, mind you the graft can f*ck up your training but at the moment im in between jobs due to sticking my neck out for a mate long storyUnhappy
