I briefly got Doms when I changed tekkers but I don't usually, what I get sounds similar to you jt, just a general tiredness of the legs. Kept a similar pace to normal but the HR elevated faster in both sets and by the 4th split on the second set I had to ease off as the HR was climbing. Like a total knob I put my foot down just a touch for the last minute to duck under 1:45 average raising HR over AT a fair bit, felt reasonably stuffed by the end as well. I'm not sure the benefit outweighs the downside.
