After the last week the legs were unsurprisingly feeling it right from the start, I very nearly dropped the pace a couple of times and at some points it felt like I just couldn't carry on. Rest started at 4 minutes for the first couple and drifted up to about 8 for the last couple. CV was tough, but it was the legs that were the weakest link today. What a moaning bas***d I am Week 21 DONE!!!!!! | ||
