That was tough. After the last week the legs were unsurprisingly feeling it right from the start, I very nearly dropped the pace a couple of times and at some points it felt like I just couldn't carry on. Rest started at 4 minutes for the first couple and drifted up to about 8 for the last couple. CV was tough, but it was the legs that were the weakest link today. What a moaning bas***d I am Grin Week 21 DONE!!!!!!

Meant to be 8x500m but the pressure got to me Roll-Eyes, let the HR drop to 100 after the first set of four then set off again. Tough session, pretty sure I couldn't have kept under 1:34 without the break last one was a max effort.

Thats still a great workout, I think most mortals would do 8x500 with 2MR.

Cheers jt, I was thinking before I started it should really be 1:30 rest but I've done 500's on a minutes rest since I started for some ridiculous reason.
