Tuesday
Run - 30 min UT2

10 min @ 1:42 pace

Wednesday
Run - 30 min UT1, 2x16 pullups on the loop

Thursday
Squats, 3 second pauses

I've not been able to log into my account for a while due to some screw up I think with my router. Anyway, after the mighty Boar's helped out I can access it on my phone Grin No training to report, well nothing interesting. A lot of work on and not very motivated so I'm in tickover mode at the moment, getting out for a run a few times a week, couple of circuits and a session of S/B. I did do 3x10x100 long pause bench which is really quite laughable but the best I've done in some time.

Good to hear you are still with us, flipping work is a big bummer for getting in the way of training!!!

are you about 16-17kg lighter now? not surprising bench takes a hit, did for me massively when i went down a 10kg.

Yep, couldn't see the point in staying at 105+, sat just under 90kg at the moment. If I decide to compete again I'll put it back on, but I don't think that's likely.

definitely so much healthier being lighter. I found getting up to 110kg started to cause sleep apnoea and wasn't really that much stronger than 100kg, so not worth the risk for a plastic trophy.
