Daft busy week working but a quick summary of training: Tuesday Run - 30 min UT2 Row WU 1k 10 min @ 1:42 pace Wednesday Run - 30 min UT1, 2x16 pullups on the loop Thursday Squats, 3 second pauses 20x10 60x10 80x10 80x10 80x10 Friday - 25/06/21 Run - 30 min UT2 Circuit - 10x10x10 | ||

I found getting up to 110kg started to cause sleep apnoea and wasn't really that much stronger than 100kg, so not worth the risk for a plastic trophy. | ||
