190x2 Third rep was very close on this, about 3" from lockout. I thought I had it, but I stalled right at the top and just couldn't finish it off, by far the closest I've been on it, should get it on a good day now I think. I think when I get it I'll have a 210 in me, so it's a pretty big milestone.

Working on speed

Bench from Rack pin #4 this makes the lift start about 4" from the chest

Great set, triceps felt totally wrecked after this, pretty sure the best I've done before on this is 170x1!

Press ups holding onto a secured bar on the floor, varying grip, mostly close with weights on the back.

Junction session with Doddy
Felt a bit knackered today, tries are feeling it from yesterday and my lower back is still pretty tired.

Cheers! kept it light on yoke tonight as I was just following Doddy, he's got a comp @ Junction on Sunday so we didn't kill ourselves. Glad for it as well to be honest, I think the heavy sessions are catching up with me a bit, getting a few aches at the moment and my lower back is aching like f**k.

I'm going to try and make it, the misses was due last Sunday though and I'm not a dad again yet so I'll have to see!

I've decided to change the width I do these for a while, I used to do them very close and it put my hands in an awkward position to press off the chest. I've gone out a touch so my grip is about shoulder width, still about 3 - 4" in each side from my normal grip.

Haha, yeah, cheers! took about 1 1/2 hours, I don't hang about on benching unless I'm going heavy for a few sets which I didn't really do today. The buildup to the 190 took about 7 - 8 minutes, then the bench with bands were taking less than a minute per set, CGBP and in the rack took about 2 - 3 minutes a set at a guess. I don't talk as much when I'm not at the Junction Grin

My sleeping and eating are all over the place at the moment due to rl stuff. I fell asleep on the sofa this afternoon and woke up about 20 minutes before I started training, felt f**ked and nearly didn't go.

Wanted 5's but it just felt very heavy.

Bench Holds in the rack
Put the bar on about the 5th pin so there was only about 3" to lockout, had a lift from spotter on the heavy ones.

250x6seconds could have probably got 10 seconds on the last two but I felt my right pec tightening so I bailed.

Seated Shoulder Press with bands, not sure how much they add to the top but it was about 50kg at a guess, could have been 10kg either way though.

Cheers, I was well pleased when I got it, locked it out for about 5 seconds Grin Trainings very up and down this week mainly due to lack of daily routine which tends to effect me a lot but it will be back to normal again soon. I'm sure Sob will get 140 now he knows I've got it!
