Cgbp 5X5@130kg Seated shoulder pin press 5x3@90kg Front felt raise bar 3x15 3 phase hammerhead tricep extentions 3x15@L9 Ytwl 3x5 shuda dun 15s but the burn was to much. Job done. | ||

A, bumper plates in not a fan they feel different. B,coans kicked my ass Tuesday maybe I've not recoverd. C,the rack pulls I did before squats but I have done this before and the rom was next to nothing. Anyway finished up with leg extention 3x15 . | ||
