6x6 @155kg felt good today,
Dead pin press bench 5x3 @130kg
Tricep ext 3 phase hammerhead 3x15

Had to watch my boys with their stuff as well so my workout was short and sweet, off to a good start I think Happy

Cheers Nails, I think its a strain on the pirafomis (not sure on the spelling)
It actually seems to feel better when working out so I think it's a case of stretching and not over doing it, think this cycle of coans might be touch and go have to see.

Nice work John...hows this weather affecting your progress do you think??

I hurt my back Sunday and recovered by today...Im sure the hot weather has helped my back out...

Easy to get core temp I guess but sweat my god, Embarassed hope the back is on,how you manage that?

Felt like crap,everything felt super heavy depth felt crap almost lost balance, I think it could be...
A, bumper plates in not a fan they feel different.

B,coans kicked my ass Tuesday maybe I've not recoverd.

C,the rack pulls I did before squats but I have done this before and the rom was next to nothing.

Anyway finished up with leg extention 3x15 .
