I talk about the curls.

Hes certified the coc4.. 140 is nothing to a guy like him.. I've cheat curled 110 before and he's way stronger than me

What sort of numbers does Z curl? Text and ask him.

I believe him. If gym rats can curl 90-100kg for cheat curls, Magnus can throw up 140.

Is there any benefit to cheat curls over strict curls with less weight?

Definitely far more benefit: More swoleness, higher natty tren levels, attract better quality Lithuanian vageen, bigger c0ck, more fist pumps from bros in the gym.

I find, by doing regular cheat curls 70k plus...I can strict 50-60k with ease. Same as push press...its appears to have carry over into strict power.

Plus, doing big curls I look like a hench beast in the gym. Albeit a tiny hench beast...

Does anyone know what height Samuelsson trained at versus what he actually competed at?

Might explain why Poundstone bested him if he was a couple of inches shorter in competition trim...

Magnuss wore height boots. It's a well known fact. Without them, he was 5ft 7 tops.

I'm daft.

Samuelsson isn't cheat curling those 140 x 4. He starts the movement with primarily the bicep, but then has to lean back because if he didn't, he would fall forward down on to the floor.

It doesn't matter if he could curl 500 kg; he would still be leaning back at 140.
