I've gained 8kg over Christmas. 18lbs. Brilliant!
I'll get that down to 89.9kg ASAP.
2017 will be about winning the BDFPA North West 'Title'. (I'm sticking with BDFPA because I'm not good enough to win the GBPF title) Grin

I think if you're fairly strict with food for the most part then when the fall off comes it can be pretty spectacular.
Much of that gain will be water and glycogen and food still lingering around inside.

Christmas for me lasts about 3 weeks, too. My Mrs has the tree up on the 1st of November.

I've got 'Merseysides Most Powerful' powerlifting comp in 8 weeks time which will be a good marker for where I'm at.
It's a none federation comp so chances are I'll be against a lot of juice bombs. All good though. Excited to get back on the platform.

Sounds good, hopefully you'll hit your goals you set yourself. I don't miss the pressure I put myself under preparing for a comp. Make sure you get videos of all your lifts and get them on here.

I use on ear headphones to train with now and as a result I'm 23.4% stronger.
93.8kg this morning. 4kg lost since Monday.
