Lovely Squat. 157.5kg x 5 157.5kg x 5 157.5kg x 5 157.5kg x 5 3 minutes rest between top sets Bench Press 20kg x 8 20kg x 5 60kg x 3 100kg x 1 120kg x 2 140kg x 2 ~ Slingshot 102.5kg x 5 102.5kg x 5 102.5kg x 5 102.5kg x 5 2 minutes rest between top sets Deadlift 60kg x 3 120kg x 3 120kg x 3 120kg x 3 120kg x 3 120kg x 3 120kg x 3 2 minutes rest between sets Autopsy: * I've somehow crept up to 95kg so I'll be taking 6kg off starting today. Sitting around 89kg is where id like to be permanently. * Very happy with the speed of that 195kg Squat. Anything below 200kg is absolute routine for me now. | ||
