* I've somehow crept up to 95kg so I'll be taking 6kg off starting today. Sitting around 89kg is where id like to be permanently.

* Very happy with the speed of that 195kg Squat. Anything below 200kg is absolute routine for me now.

I have. I still have faintly visible abs but I also have love handles like a pregnant woman.
