Very painful session tonight, got a massive knot in my quad that is severely restricting movement and rather painful. Session at Physio earlier eased it a bit but it's f**kin sore now - maybe I shouldn't have trained!!!

Legs still f**ked, benched tonight, bad idea, leg sore as f**k now, especially after dropping dumbbell on it Angry Angry Angry Angry
