Yeah same one Matt. My back is feeling much better.
Actually went and had a proper massage and physio session last night
(For my back) he worked 90% on my legs using some funky Metal medieval looking tools.
Feel like I've done a full squat session in wraps my legs are bruised. Back feels nice though.

how much do you think viking rolls over in to log, if at all?
I notice you do strict viking - I assume you mean just no leg drive? Or no "bounce"?

I don't really think it Caries over to log. I've got Viking in comp on Sunday, that's why I'm training it. Helps build big strong shoulders, but log IMO is more about teckkers really.
Yeah. We've got revive the dead smelling salts. That stuff is brutal, off putting if you hit to much.
