Weird, hey? 70kg + bands. 7 x 2 Did dips in my slingshot. Christmas comes early in this bad boy. No horrendous chest cartilage pain; and went up to 5 x 40kg Pull-ups up to BW + 20kg Lots of stretching. | ||

Monday: Squats: 5 x 60kg, 70kg, 80kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg Dips: 5 x BW, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg, (then added slingshot) 40kg Abs x 100 Yesterday: Deadlifts: 10 x 145kg Leg Extensions: 3 x 15 Step-ups: 3 x 5 Leg Curls: 3 x 10 Abs: 100 | ||

How dare I. I really felt like racking the bar and punching the t**t when he was in the upright position of his deadlift. (Especially as he would have been stuck to the bar, as he was using straps. Oh the irony) Instead I focused my displeasure on my squats. Squats - 5 x 60, 70, 80, 90, 100. Then 2 x 110, 1 x 120, 1 x 130, 1 x 140kg. PR!!!!! My training partner also got a squat PR of 180kg; 15kg more than he had ever done before. Pull-ups up to BW + 28kg Dips: 5 x BW, 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 25kg, 30kg. Then 3 x 40kg. Added slingshot and did 5 x 50kg, then 10 x 25kg. Abs. | ||
