I have started some exercises for my knee which have been helping; and also got some knee sleeves which are great. Onwards and upwards!!!! | ||

I think the muscle was basically tired; and I ended up with a mini-tear. Touch wood, it doesn't feel so bad today; so - with a bit of luck - it should be god by next week. I'll rehab it every day. | ||
