Smart. Get a strong base. In 6 months you'll be able to take the weight up a notch. I'm trying hard not to get injured.
Last bad one was when my right groin popped. I'm staying at about 75% til January.

Incline DB Bench up to 34kg
Rows - 3 x 10
Bent over DB Rows with a DB in each hand - 3 x 10

Abs - 8 x 10

I have started some exercises for my knee which have been helping; and also got some knee sleeves which are great. Onwards and upwards!!!!

Been lazy with my posting - and exercise - over Christmas.
Did 120 Swings and 80 Goblet Squats with a 20kg Kettlebell.

I been heating my knee up with an electric heater before I lift. Who knows. I hope it's okay. Those leg presses fkd up my knee. What exercise made it feel worse?

Everything was fine until halfway through my second work set. I think the muscle was basically tired; and I ended up with a mini-tear.

Touch wood, it doesn't feel so bad today; so - with a bit of luck - it should be god by next week. I'll rehab it every day.
