I went to work last night, got in for about 4am and was up at half 8. Ouch.
1) 120 axle clean and press
I was first out as I always seem to be! Took it steady and did 6 reps all strict. 1st
2) 340 yoke 20m turn at 10
completed it in 13secs. 1st place
3) max 16inch deadlift
Pulled a nice 340 but 360 didn't move, only had about 2-3mins between the attempts though. 2nd
4) car Hercules hold
held onto it for about 5secs, pretty gash. 3rd
5) stone over yoke (not sure weight, not heavy)
1 rep the stone was covered in sand wtf? 3rd
came 2nd overall, just did it because a friend was doing the novice really so wasn't too arsed. fun day but lack of sleep is not nice now, can't wait to get to bed.
