Yeah mate, basically do a squat, a press and deadlift 3 times a week, been doing this since the new year and dropped the assistance work with some events work . Usually go heavy Monday, speed work Wednesday and a mixture Friday, just depends how I feel. Will be starting another build up next week and start light and build the weights up. For deadlift I do off the floor, defecit and from height. I was just doing paused deadlift at knee and speed work but changed it a few weeks back | ||
