First session back after Brits 105's the previous weekend, finished 4th overall, 4 points off 3rd a a few more off 2nd.

Made mistakes on first three events, followed it up with winning 380kg yoke and van hold and midpack on Duck Walk Medley. Could have done with a comp or two prior to this but due to tearing bicep didn't happen. Disappointed not to retain my brits title but will move on and hopefully stay injury free and get some training in for next year
