Looking something like Axle for reps, in two minds on this as I have a 162kg axle so may do 162 for reps but anyone who Can't lift can do 145 for reps Deadlift for max, straps only 180 stone over yoke for reps same as axle will have a 160 stone for guys that fail 180 hopefully truck pull And Farmers walk, seriously considering 140 for distance as last event On rep events any 1 rep on heavier one beats lighter like the Arnold's, none of this points crap | ||
