* Was in a lot of DOMS today. Wk1 of my mesocycle is very high volume and really destroys me. The increased work capacity will pay dividends as I taper toward my 1rm lifts in 4 weeks though. Grin and bare it!

I'm a firm believer than many people who train in strength sports are slackers.
The strongest natural lifters I know of are absolute grafters, (Tom Martin, Screamer, Macca etc), which is why I graft in my sessions.

They all train very differently though! Tom squats, alot, with not much 'assistance'..? Macca trains each lift once a week (benching maybe twice), and does a lot of bodybuilding 'assistance'. Screamer appears to lift heavy, doing various plyo and bodyweight stuff..
