I never said Darren deserves the place over anyone else, I put forward my reasoning (assumptions) as to why it was done and for that reason it makes sense to me. Don't get me wrong Ben K and Lloyd etc deserve a chance as they are awesome athletes but they are still relativley unknown to the general public and the likes of saddler, terry, loz, felix, ed are well known popular faces and characters that draw the crowds and that's what the tv companies want. Pesronally I don't quite see the issue with having a field of 14 athletes as opposed to 12 but then again I'm not organising so got f**k all to do wi me! | ||

Red Bull is banned in netball Member 799, 1484 posts | Lloyd may well get an invite to another Giants comp, as may others. Lloyd definitely deserves one. | ||
