Squat was good today elbows werent sore and weights went up comfortably, suit is a little loose so i will sugar it today, my new suit should be here in the enxt 2 weeks

Yeh i sent my nxg super + size 36 back, the one im using at the moment is an ordinary centurion size 40

yeh i know, i tried ste turner's size 36 centurion and it fit me fine, but the nxg super + is a much thicker material so i when i got it and tried it on i couldnt get it past my hips.

it took me 3 goes and 2 big men to get mine past my hips
but the 38 will go on easier

should have had a bit more patience with the super 36, you could have got your mate to break it in for you. I'm willing to bet that the reason the normal 36 nxg fitted you was because it was not brand new and your mate has worn it.....anyway since you're still new to gear, then you'd be better of staying away from the tight stuff for now. e.g I wore a 42 at 90kgs but my Next suit will be a 40 at 100kgs Grin

Deadlifts were strong today, had more in the tank. Was a little hard gettng down to the bar with the tighter suit but good pop off the floor

I need to keep up with you on squat! Not done 190 yet but I'm hoping for big numbers just around the corner!

Have done raw work today to protect the elbows, they twinged a bit on some of the lighter weights but got better as it went on, i find if i lower it a bit faster and try not to think about it then it is fine.

Tokar: my training has come on a lot since i started at adlington, having a coach really helps and being there as well.
