Biceps 5 x 12 Triceps 5 x 12 Feeling good on bench, only using light neoprene sleeves which i got from pound stretcher for a pound lol so overall im doing ok | ||

hernia returning due to hobby of patient Member 1306, 1907 posts SQ 270, BP 202.5, DL 340812.5 kgs @ 104kgs UnEq | 10/07 deadlift 3'' deficit deadlift up to 260 x 5 loads of lats Need a change as deadlifts and squats have gone no where in 8 weeks! will look to ditch deficits in favor of 18'' pulls as i do tend to do well off them. got some knee issues which are fu*king me over at the min aswell which could be a contributing issue to weakness! weird as my bodyweights really high so what im taking must be good stuff but not much strength improvements ? | ||

Training partner got a 170 push press! Awesome to see | ||

Yes josh very strong shoulders and theres more there, when we first started training together 18 months ago he was benching 130 ish and push pressing 140! Really wierd how we are all so different. Hes about 128 kg qnd not very muscler so could easoly fill out to 140 ish defo one for the future provided he stays injury free, fingers crossed, Anyway 14/7 squats Beltless squat 60 x 10 100 x 1 120 x 1 140 x 3 160 x 3 180 x 1 205 x 1 205 x 5 Font squat ,belted 100 x 3 120 x 3 140 x 1 150 x 1 160 x 1 170 x 1 180 x 1 - fast and easy Well i stretched for 15 minutes beforehand and my knees fely loads better, what a revelation. Took things slow and steady and form was tight. Weights on back squat are poor but in a belt they would be much higher. Dont see the point in doing this though as heavier weight will only screw my knees more, and staying aroumd maximal beltess weights will only help my weakest point (my core) , i think lol | ||

Strict lOg felt very nice. I think 140 may be there fresh and using sleeves. | ||

Lat pulls 3 x 15 Biceps 3 x 10 Deadlifts were ok, first time ever my legs shook like mad on each pull.. Maybe a hamstring weakness? Moving onto 18" pulls for a fee weeks then having a crack at 345 from the floor. | ||

Barrel runs were good, cardio was ok but lactic acid really did effect me on the longer run | ||
