Planned on doing deadlifts but 60 kg was painfull so didn't risk it.. It is feeling better each day though. Other than my lower back I feel quite strong.

increased again, but still cant do anything because of my back, it was that bad i struggled to pick a 44kg dumbell from the floor! i thought i was making progress as on saturday i managed to squat 120 and front squat 110 with only a small amount of pain, but since doing them my backs been back to square one..

54 x 2/19 massive difference in strength between my two arms, actually failed a couple with my left aswell lol with the left i can do 14-15 continuous so big difference im trying to iron out

Not bad, weight is coming on alot too, up to about 106 kg now. Back feels at 90 percent now aswell so proper training on wednesday.

feeling strong,only really doing upper body as my backs still bad but showing slight improvement , I actually did bench on Saturday aswell and did 120 x 25 and 100 x 40 repS I was very sore even before this workout so I did well I think!

well, first time deadlifting in a long time due to my f**ked back, 180 was obviously very easy but the build back up has got to be slow as i can't afford to be injured again as im going on holiday soon....

took what i could without injury and left. Big improvement on my back pain. i just lifted to a point where my back started to twinge and left it, good news is this week i lifted alot heavier to the point of twinge than the previous 6 weeks. At my desk typing this and have stabbing pains down both legs, so im paying for it now..............

Thanks James you looked very healthy !! my benching is good at the min as that's the only thing I've been working really hard on because of the injuries, but I'm still prity bad at overhead pressing lol. I noticed your after weight plates well I've got a couple of 20s you can lend , I never really use them so would not miss them, if your in need just let me know..

well pushed a little further on deads, with not too much pain. and this morning i feel good. I don't think pain is holding me back now, its just a general weakness from not really squating or deadlifting in the past 6 weeks, aiming to be reping 240 within a couple of weeks.
