Back feels at 90 percent now aswell so proper training on wednesday. | ||

Big improvement on my back pain. i just lifted to a point where my back started to twinge and left it, good news is this week i lifted alot heavier to the point of twinge than the previous 6 weeks. At my desk typing this and have stabbing pains down both legs, so im paying for it now.............. | ||
