Made the most of the 30 mins i had to train, deadlifts were on a cheap 80 quid bar with zero flex so quite happy

Thanks paddy, babys good to be honest much harder than expected, been getting literally 3 hours sleep as im nightfeeding due to being off work a few weeks but shes worth it when shes queit lol

Really not used to such high volume but thought it might help changing stuff up. Energy was prity bad right through so weights and reps were not bad on the whole

Nows time to start training heavy again. Deadlifts felt horrible but should climb quick, starting eating properly again a couple days ago after dropping to 94 kg back to 97 already so should not take long to be round 105 again.

worked down the stack..

slightly stronger than last week, but still really poor.. wasent much aggression today as most of it had been used during the day at work lol will do 260 x 5 next week which hopefully will be easy as stuff should be kicking in!
