i had to really work hard for the 270 x 3, leg strength is lacking since i have not squated over 180 kg in about a month, once im back squating good weights prity sure 270 x 5 will go.

beltless squat

attempted week 4 of the routine 2 weeks ago but pulled my quad so Ive had to take it easy on squats for a few weeks. was only going to go to 180 today but since it felt easy i decided to continue the routine. To be fair i was surprised as i rattled through the sets very comfortably and quickly. In despite of this my legs were in bits the next day though!

Yeah aim is providing i dont get injured to be hitting pbs within a couple of months the last few months have been rubbish no fire or motivation, im starting to chase numbers again in my mind as opposed to just turning up!

Finally deadlifts are feeling nore powerfull! Could of easily nailed 280 x 3 but will save for next week! Weight is up to 107 kg which is heavy for me lol

pushed my leg a little further today and it felt good! Form was prity tight so will push further again next week. Although 150 is light 20 reps is good and i felt good for doing it. 160 x 20 would be nice next week

lots of 1 arm strict press with my much weaker left arm, trying to get it up to the strength my right arm has! 10 kg difference in my one arm strict press strength.

triceps

loads

trained solo and not a spotter in sight so had to be cautious and carefull.. felt very weak after the few sets of bench, long day at work and not much energy..

Had to bRing these forward a day as im busy tomorrow night, and didnt feel recovered enough from squats. That being said i pulled ok, on a strong day 5 would be there on 275. A week of higher reps next week then have a crack at 310 on the deficit.
