To be fair i was surprised as i rattled through the sets very comfortably and quickly. In despite of this my legs were in bits the next day though! | ||

Form was prity tight so will push further again next week. Although 150 is light 20 reps is good and i felt good for doing it. 160 x 20 would be nice next week | ||

That being said i pulled ok, on a strong day 5 would be there on 275. A week of higher reps next week then have a crack at 310 on the deficit. | ||
