was not feeling it today first time in a while i had no training partner, ive been doing high rep sets over the last few weeks, and i think upping the weight f**ked with my mind. once i get used to the heavier weights i will get more reps.. defo know im stronger than 145 x 12, i think im capable of 155 x 12 on a good day. weight is really high at the minute due to gaining some muscle from the high rep sets and more calories, think im 17 stone 3 in the evening which is about 7 lbs higher than ive ever been......

no back pain! Actually feel good again just have a general weakness from no heavy squats or deads. First time in 2 years my training partner has out pulled me so that's a reason to get stronger lol

slow and steady pal no back pain is good news ,think I did 6 painful deadlift sessions extremely light lol the start of this cycle before it wasn't as noticeable little by little you'l be back smashing pb's and everything is back firing simultaneously

quality pressing hows the back , still gunning for midlands 105 , a 80% back is still stronger than the majority of your competition at 100% imo

Thanks my decision will come from Wednesday after pulls, I'm still struggling a lot with my back but only the days after squating and deadlifting. My squat is at about 80 percent and deadlift is only 280 kg iah still struggling !! I don't know whether I did some kind of nerve damage as my back strength is non existant.. I usually recover really quick from injuries. When I was pulling 280 a few years ago for a max I used to do GMs with 140 kg for assistance, now as of yesterday I couldn't even manage 90 kg! Really wierd as at the time I did the injury I didn't think it was serious as the pain was bad but I wasn't bed bound as I have been previously with my back This time I'm having a hard time recovering! Frustrating as I'm bigger and stronger than ever on everything else stupid like leg press, rows, pull-ups etc!! Annoying is not the word! it's all come from horrendous squat form.. I've been recording all my squat sets recently and it's improving slowly!

are you doing decompression stuff and tons of stretching post deadlift & squat work ?
