Actually feel good again just have a general weakness from no heavy squats or deads. First time in 2 years my training partner has out pulled me so that's a reason to get stronger lol | ||

My squat is at about 80 percent and deadlift is only 280 kg iah still struggling !! I don't know whether I did some kind of nerve damage as my back strength is non existant.. I usually recover really quick from injuries. When I was pulling 280 a few years ago for a max I used to do GMs with 140 kg for assistance, now as of yesterday I couldn't even manage 90 kg! Really wierd as at the time I did the injury I didn't think it was serious as the pain was bad but I wasn't bed bound as I have been previously with my back This time I'm having a hard time recovering! Frustrating as I'm bigger and stronger than ever on everything else stupid like leg press, rows, pull-ups etc!! Annoying is not the word! it's all come from horrendous squat form.. I've been recording all my squat sets recently and it's improving slowly! | ||
