Back Hypertrophy
Lats were noticably sore from sumos/work yesterday so kept the reps high

= LATS
Pullups, squeezing lats hard
band assisted 2 work sets
unassisted 2 work sets
1 Drop set (unassisted, light band then avg band)

BB row
2 work sets (20 reps)

Single arm BB Row
2 work sets (20 reps)

Single arm band row
3 work sets

=UPPER BACK
band seated facepull
2 work sets (20 reps)

snatch grip DL with 3 shrugs per deadlift

low carbs but thats not the reason really, there just doesnt ever seem to be a positive attitude towards anything on these forums
anyone who knows me knows i love the banter mostly but reading the forums lately there only seems to be people complaining about: peoples training/form/money (we all have f**king money problems) and its come to the point thereve been threads trying to increase positive attitude by people
I mean f**k people have complained about the cost of lifting and competing 2-3x a year and relatively speaking theyre relatively cheap sports and can be done well very cheaply, look at tom as an example even


I post this log mostly for myself to be able to notice trends and results and also for constructive criticism, i mean i dont even know who the f**k Unit is and hes questioning my training towards a goal that he probably doesnt even know i had cos he doesnt know me

I didnt realise you were doing bodybuilding! Well I did after I saw posing practise... But I wanted to make sure.
It was only a joke because in some circles bodybuilding is seen as a little tiny bit gay anyway I shall take my negative attitude elsewhere and leave you to get jacked and tanned!
