I'll be competing in the 125kg class in 6 weeks. At about 105 just now. I'm gaining strength nicely just now as well as some BW so I don't wanna just diet and f**k up my lifts.

Anyone got any techniques to ensure I'm there on the day?

Wrap a lump of lead or coins up and hide them in your Y-fronts.

This trick was mentioned by a triple jumper Wink

Sounds like a clever f**ker. Wouldn't a triplejumper wear briefs though?

This may sound like a really really daft question, but why not compete in the 110's???

So is it better to just do it the old fashioned way I.e. Eat, or is there someway that I could make myself be heavier, without actually gaining much fat? (if that makes sense)

Pair of speedos under a pair of boxers. 2 x 2.5K's into the speedo's and a bit of duck tape. Guarenteed no fat gain. Easy to lose afterwards too.

Mate, I hate to be the profit of doom, but you cannot gain 20kgs in 6 weeks, its over 3kg a week. Impossible IMO
