lost motivation and head really dropped after thigh let up on the squats i honestly feel s**t after tonites session thought the thigh was ok after good deadlifts and took good time warmin up GUTTEDUnhappy

If you can't use chalk try liquid chalk from my protein, it's quite good!

Really lite session tonite at the minute training isnt goin so well i feel like everytime i step into the gym im gunna hurt my thigh even more (mental block) so decided to jus have afew fun easy sessions and hopefully the deadlift on sunday will be ok

Decent session today although not a massive one the thigh felt good on all the lifts between each dead i did 20 leg extensions at 25kg jus to keep it warm the lifts felt easy even the 180 which is a massive positive happy with the bench 3x75kg isnt heavy but i recently lost weight now at 72 kilos so i think its ok time to build strength sensibly now not go 2 heavy 2 fast and f**k myself for 6 weeks. I need to improve leg strength and tips or routines would be appreciated

i have ok leg strength and all i have ever done is cycle to work n back ... obviously squatting is the king for leg strength , i love sets of 5 ,seem to work for me ..

probably most of all make sure your technique is sound ,so when you unrack your not thinking about what/how your going to do , you can just squat !! - box squats are good for getting that nice 'sitting back' thing going

Good session all together more of a bodybuilder routine than strongman but eitherway builds strength did afew overhead dumbbell 35kg still taking it easy cos of leg but definatly feeling better about trainin at the minute felt strong nailed a 75kg strict press today felt really good. Thanks for boar for the leg advice squats are a no go at the min for me with the thigh trouble so i guess bike and leg extensions it is Tongue

Mixed session today clean and press was hard like i said above need more practise at these i realise 55kg isnt heavy for some of the titans on here but we all start somewhere Grin Dumbell snatchs were really easy considering 10 weeek ago i was strugglin to press it once so progress has been made no doubt. the lack of squats is worrying as soon as my leg is better i gunnin for a 120-130 fingers crossed

Happy with todays session felt good a little pain in thigh but was ok CGBP felt good at 65kg so i wapped another 15kg on there see how i did very happy with it tried for 2 reps but failed second. Floor to overhead still needs work but il be doin alot more since they have removed the racks so only way to practise overhead is from the floor the 70 kg felt good and easy at the end of the session aswell so positives to be taken from tht theres ALOT MORE COMING Tongue

Did some other stuff aswell but nothing special bit gutted wi the deadlift but not the end of the world as i didnt really feel up for it no aggression or drive really today, shoulders felt sore on overhead gunna take some major rest and get this leg 100% b4 continuing forward as this sport will punish u if u dont heal properly

Happy with todays session pain in leg minimal very happy i managed to squat with no pain VERY HAPPY infact. Nice pb on overhead had 80 in me but i tried 2 soon after 78kg more power cleans needed here. FORWARD Grin

good session today no pain in leg at all 55kg seems to be a good trainin weight for me on strict press dont wanna go 2 heavy still gettin clean technique down which is improvin each session bring on sunday deads and squats Grin
