Very happy with the session as a whole off the back of a broken collor bone deadlift felt great very fast cud av gone heavyier but wudnt av been wise time to knuckle down make some gains and have some fun | ||

in real life im massive like big fridge Member 1317, 7144 posts SQ 220, BP 147.5, DL 290657.5 kgs @ 94kgs UnEq | Tonites session Bench 20kg x alot 40kg x 10 50kg x 10 50kg x 10 felt good 60kg x 4 70kg x 1 80kg x 1 80kg x 1 80kg x 1 20kg x 52 Dumbell snatch 35kg x 5 L&R 35kg x 5 L&R 35kg x 5 L&R Finished things off with seated shoulder press over moon wi the bench been as i suck ass at it dropped weight but feel stronger than ever slight pause on last 80 but never pulled out 3 big singles in one session befor. Snatchs were easy goin last set was a bit tough took lots of rest and didnt rush the reps gunna go for a max snatch attempt in afew weeks curious to wot i can hit feelin good and rockin in at 65kg BW vausie over and out | ||
