Deadlift

62kg x a lot
92kg x 10
102kg x 8
122kg x 4
142kg x 1
152kg x 1
172kg x 1

Finished off with some incline bench and dumbells. Very happy with the session as a whole off the back of a broken collor bone deadlift felt great very fast cud av gone heavyier but wudnt av been wise time to knuckle down make some gains and have some fun

Finished things off with seated shoulder press over moon wi the bench been as i suck ass at it dropped weight but feel stronger than ever slight pause on last 80 but never pulled out 3 big singles in one session befor. Snatchs were easy goin last set was a bit tough took lots of rest and didnt rush the reps gunna go for a max snatch attempt in afew weeks curious to wot i can hit feelin good and rockin in at 65kg BW vausie over and out

good session again really enjoyin trainin at the minute dealifts are comin along great starting to belive i have a 200 pull in me now triple at 170 is good enough for now devastated missin the yorkshire novice but injury struck me down afew times last year trainin abit smarter this year hopefully make those gains and get afew comps under my belt BW68KG this mornin

that is a lovely looking session mate. I wish I could deadlift like that. 170x3 is solid. Did they go up nice and smooth?

thanks u guys yes wiegieboard the first 2 were nice and fast 3rd was abit slow but no problems hopin to nail a 200 pretty soon just back from a broken collor bone so dont wanna rush into anything just yet takin each session as it comes Happy thanks for the positive comments

I'm pretty sure you'll nail that 200 in no time bud. Nice and steady and smooth with the gaining and you'l see it safe and sound.

Very happy with these not done many defict deadlifts so takin positives from that not sure on max weight on defict opposed to normal lifts BW67 kg
